This application is required for students seeking scholarships offered by Purdue Polytechnic and/or Purdue Polytechnic Columbus. These scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and/or need. To be considered for these scholarships, beginning and continuing students must submit a scholarship application by the deadline. Scholarships are not renewable and students will need to submit an application each year of their attendance.
Students must be admitted and have created a Purdue student career account to apply.
Entering freshman students must complete this application by June 1 to be eligible for scholarships offered by Purdue Polytechnic Columbus.

Returning or transfer students must complete this application by June 1 to be eligible for scholarships offered by Purdue Polytechnic Columbus.

Adrian & Helen Minnick Endowment Scholarship Awarded to continuing Purdue Polytechnic Columbus student(s). (Award begins Fall 2018)
Brooke E Tuttle Memorial Scholarship Awarded to current and/or entering freshman Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) student(s).
Purdue Alumni Advisory Council (PAAC) Scholarship Awarded to current and/or entering freshman student(s).
Purdue Club of Bartholomew County Awarded to entering freshman student(s). Deadline to apply is March 1.
Purdue Columbus General Scholarship Awarded to continuing Purdue Polytechnic Columbus student(s).
Purdue Statewide General Scholarship Awarded to entering freshman. Must have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher and plan to take at least 9 credit hours at the Columbus location.
Zonta Scholarship Awarded to current and/or entering freshman student(s).

Heritage Fund Scholarships
In addition to Purdue Polytechnic Columbus and Purdue University scholarships, students are encouraged to apply for scholarships through Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County at www.heritagefundbc.org/scholarships. Deadline to apply for scholarships through Heritage Fund is Friday, January 12, 2018 by 4:00 p.m. for the 2018-2019 school year. Recipients of Heritage Fund scholarships will be notified in mid-April 2018 that they have received an award, and payments will be made directly to the student's college of attendance prior to the start of the Fall semester.
While there are many scholarships available, Purdue Polytechnic Columbus students are strongly encouraged to apply for the following scholarships (if qualified), as they are awarded specifically to Purdue Polytechnic Columbus students:
Julie M. McKinney Memorial Scholarship – Established in 2000 in memory of Julie M. McKinney by her parents, Roger and Angela McKinney, to celebrate Julie’s love of life and love of the performing arts. Criteria: A graduating senior from Columbus East High School, including Columbus Signature Academy New Tech Campus students whose official enrollment is at Columbus East, who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary college or university as a full-time student and major in elementary education or who plans to attend the Purdue University Polytechnic Columbus location as a full-time student and pursue any one of the bachelor of science STEM degrees offered at the Purdue Columbus location only. Preference will be given to students who participated in any aspect of drama or choir at Columbus East.
Purdue Alumni Advisory Council Scholarship – Established in 2011 by The Purdue Alumni Advisory Council (PAAC), an alumni organization supporting the Purdue Polytechnic Institute in Columbus, to assist students attending Purdue Polytechnic at Columbus. PAAC promotes a variety of education and community causes. Criteria: Resident of Bartholomew County or adjacent counties who is planning to attend or currently attending Purdue Polytechnic Institute (Columbus campus). Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or 6.0 on a 12.0 scale. Financial need will be considered.
Hispanic/Latino Scholarship – Established to provide tuition and fees for undocumented Hispanic/Latino students who attend IUPUC, Ivy Tech Columbus, or Purdue Polytechnic Columbus. Criteria: Applicants should be graduates of a Bartholomew County high school and have been born in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. Applicants should have their current DACA certification from the US government. Applicants should have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5 (4.0 scale) and/or a cumulative college GPA of at least 3.0 (4.0 scale).
