The mechanical construction management concentration is an optional concentration offered as part of the construction management degree program. The concentration will be reflected on your official academic transcript.
The goal of the Mechanical Construction Management (MCNM) concentration program is to provide a higher level of education for those Construction Management (CM) students who are interested in the field of Mechanical Construction.
Coursework will provide students the necessary skills required for entry-level positions in the mechanical construction industries. Topics include:

Upon completion of the following plan of study, and in conjunction with the core requirements of the BCM program, the student will receive the "Mechanical Construction Management Concentration" designation on their transcript. Students who choose to pursue the MCNM concentration will complete the core required course of BCM 215 Mechanical Construction (3 cr.), and complete an additional nine (9) credit hours of courses which are specific to the mechanical construction industry.
While not required, most students who choose the electrical construction concentration also complete the electrical construction concentration.
