The HRD Focus in MS in Technology Leadership & Innovation degree program prepares individuals from a variety of backgrounds both nationally and internationally who are interested in becoming an HRD professional or advancing their current knowledge, skills, and abilities with a greater emphasis through technology. The degree program includes coursework on the foundations of HRD, developing skills in advance HRD practices, and exploring related topics of interest from elective courses across Purdue campus. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the program is affiliated with Purdue HRD Virtual Lab and Purdue Human Analytics Lab.
