The organizational leadership major prepares you for the unique challenges and opportunities associated with today’s technology-intensive, fast-paced, global organizations. These include:

  • Identifying and cultivating talent through human resources and training practices
  • Creating an organizational culture and policies that foster the development and deployment of innovative products and solutions
  • Using leading-edge solutions, tools, and analytics to manage systems and resources in both new and existing enterprises.

All new, domestic, first-year students in organizational leadership will receive a $2,000 renewable scholarship!
