PLM certificate courses begin August 19

The next round of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certificate courses, designed to help you make better decisions, begins at Purdue August 19.

The certificate program includes three courses that help you understand the interconnected technologies of PLM to improve efficiency and performance in the product development process and beyond. The courses provide a practical focus on PLM’s core areas, including: model-based definition (MBD), product data management (PDM), engineering change management, and manufacturing and virtual manufacturing.

Courses are taught online by Purdue faculty and are eligible for continuing education credits (CEUs). The program is a blend of content, interactive exercises and group discussion to maximize understanding of the concepts and ensure a practical, real-world focus on PLM.

To register or to find out more information, visit the PLM Certificate web site, email prostar@purdue.edu or call Mark Schuver at 765-496-2094.
