SCHEDULE

School of Aviation & Transportation Career Fair

9:00 - 10:00 am - Check-in/Set-up
Check in at the entrance of Niswonger Aviation Technology Building/Purdue University Airport)

10:00 am to 4:00 pm – Aviation & Transportation Technology Career Fair
Hangar 1, Niswonger Aviation Technology Building

4:00 - 5:00 pm – Tear down

INTERVIEW SPACE

Companies may interview students during the career fair at their company booth or they may request a private room. We have a very limited number of rooms for private interviews during the day.

 

ELECTRICITY NEEDS

Electrical access will be limited. If your booth requires electricity please be certain to request it during registration. Booth assignments will be noted by electrical requirements. UPDATE: SATT will provide extension cords for booths needing electricity.

SHIPPING

All display materials must be delivered to Niswonger Aviation Technology Building one week in advance of the career fair.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

If you fly into the Indianapolis International airport, you may wish to shuttle to West Lafayette on the Lafayette Limo service. Shuttles depart from the airport every two hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. For specific fare information, visit: http://www.lafayettelimo.com/Home/tabid/107/Default.aspx

PARKING

Free parking is available in the large lot directly to the north of the Niswonger Aviation Technology Building.

INTERNET CONNECTION

Purdue University is now an AT&T hotspot, so no access code is needed.

HOSPITALITY AREA

The hospitality area, which will include the catered Subway lunch, will be located in Niswonger 170.
