The company has selected the Visual End2End software suite from Visual Next UK to centralise all of its product information and processes into a single system, boosting efficiency and steamlining design, product development, production and distribution from the sample stage through to dispatch. Established in 1993, Focus International, designs, sources, markets and distributes footwear and apparel for its own and licensed brands, with its garments designed in the company's UK offices in Huddersfield and London. The company currently works with American Freshman, Duffer, Ecko , Ellesse, Fenchurch, Fly53, Henleys Peter Werth, Starter, Yogi, Zoo York and Unsunghero. "We pride ourselves on innovative design and excellent customer service," says operations director Andrew Ward. "Being a true 'omnichannel' business selling via ecommerce, direct to retail customers, concessions and wholesale, we needed a system that would seamlessly integrate all these channels together to have one central inventory system to pull from - with advance reporting, financial and merchandising abilities." Meanwhile, managing director Tony Mather adds the implementation will lead to "quick gains" from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other key fashion capabilities.
