Required internships expand student knowledge and skills, and prepare them for future employment.

Making internships a required part of the academic fabric will lead to more students gaining more knowledge, skills, and experience while also setting the foundation for employment after graduation.

The college has invested in an expanded Office of Engagement in order to bring internship opportunities to each department. An online portal, TechConnect, had been created to more easily match students to potential internships.
