This project is sponsored by:

As the more experienced die manufacturing technicians begin to retire, there needs to be an efficient and effective way to pass their knowledge onto the next generation of technicians. The end goal is to rework the current learning system to be more accessible, and comprehensible. In addition to this, research must be done to determine what other types of technology can be used to enhance the deployment of this learning experience. By solving this problem, Small Parts Inc. will have a highly experienced die technician, and an easier way to transfer this knowledge throughout the company.
