Hydraulic System for Human Powered Vehicle

Our team will construct a human-powered hydraulic bicycle to compete in the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) sponsored competition. The NFPA sponsors college teams to design, construct, and compete in different events. The goal of this team is to design and fabricate the frame of a bike for one person to sit in as well as support all the components attached to the vehicle. The end goal is to utilize the hydraulic system to power and move the vehicle.

Problem Statement

The problem our team is working on is to design, build, and test a frame that will be able to support different systems and the pilot itself. We aim to improve the hydraulic system mounted on the vehicle by refining various components with the system.
