Honda’s spot-welding robots, ES165N and ES200N, require yearly maintenance and sometimes break down due to wear and tear on the RV Gear inside the second joint. The process that the technicians currently use is time-consuming, inefficient and not an innovative method of controlling an expensive and custom machine.
