Credit Hours: 3.00. This course focuses on enterprise social media and global information technology. Topics include social media software applications such as communication, collaboration, multimedia and entertainment software, globalization, global information technology issues, cultural differences, understanding the role of culture and communicating across cultures. An emphasis will be placed on how companies are integrating enterprise social media applications and the impact of these technologies on the globalization of information technology.
