Mechanical Construction Estimating

Credit Hours: 3.00.  Costs conditioned by the contract documents for building mechanical systems are studied. The course will focus on the methods used to estimate the cost of commercial plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. The course will utilize computer estimating systems.
