Introduction To Healthcare Construction Management

Credit Hours: 3.00.  This course explores the allocation and distribution of construction resources in the healthcare construction sector and an overview of current theories and research. Topics include the demand for health care, health insurance, hospitals and the services of all the possible healthcare professional stakeholders. A thorough understanding of the environment of care and all codes and standards relative to the constructors approach to this complex environment.
