Credit Hours: 3.00.  This course provides a foundation of understanding the broad impact of technology policies and laws on organizational performance, innovation, corporate accountability, and sustainability. Topics include corporate social responsibility, employment and contract law, intellectual property, e-commerce, and environmental and global challenges.
