Credit Hours: 2.00.  A study of the design/build project delivery system for residential construction, including home design fundamentals, construction methods, disability code requirements, building code requirements. Course content includes partial fulfillment of the requirements for the National Association of Home Builders, Certified Aging-In-Place (CAPS) designation.
