Model-Based Definition

Credit Hours: 3.00.  This course provides experience in the development of model-based product definition through the use of contemporary modeling tools and the application of ASME dimensional standards. This course also covers product data exchange and interoperability standards from the perspective of neutral and proprietary data formats and models. Long-term archival concepts are also covered.
