Credit Hours: 3.00.  A survey of organizational units and their function within an enterprise, including a brief history of organizations. The course emphasizes a systems perspective and how decisions in one area impact the entire system. Topics include operations, financial, marketing, planning, quality control, process strategy, logistics, and safety.
