Smart Manufacturing Enterprise Organization And Operations

Credit Hours: 3.00.  This course provides an introduction and overview of dealing with organizational change management needed to address existing cultures within organizations dealing with the digital transformation required to implement a Smart Manufacturing Enterprise. It introduces students to the cultural and organizational barriers that exist and the theories, tools, and best practices used to overcome them.
