Jack Calhoun, global president of Banana Republic and 1987 College of Technology graduate, was featured in The New York Times this fall in a piece titled "Banana Republic’s President, From Choir to C-Suite".
In addition to his life experiences -- from his Lafayette, Ind., childhood to his current position -- Calhoun mentions briefly his time at Purdue. "When I graduated in 1987 from the College of Technology, it was becoming clear that balancing creativity, analytics and leadership would be important for me to feel fulfilled," he said.
