Marcus Rogers, professor and head of the Department of Computer and Information Technology, has been elected chair of the Digital & Multimedia Sciences Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS).
AAFS is a multidisciplinary professional organization that provides leadership to advance science and its application to the legal system.
Rogers will serve a two-year term. He was elected during the Academy’s 68th annual scientific meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada in February.
