Submit Event


This form collects information to publicize events held by and/or intended for the Purdue Polytechnic community, including students, faculty, staff, alumni and/or the general public. After you click the "Save" button, your event’s details will be reviewed by our marketing communication office, typically on the next business day, and then published on this website. In addition to being included in our online calendar, the college can help promote your event in other ways:

  • Text messages: For events being marketed to students, you can opt to have a text message sent to students who have signed up for alerts.
  • Social media: Our marketing communication office might include your event in posts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and/or LinkedIn. Social media posts are more likely to be seen when an image is included; use the image upload feature below. Also, we recommend including a link to a website that provides more details about your event (such as a registration page, if your event requires it) and/or your organization; include the address in the description box.
  • Digital screens: When you include an image via the image upload feature below, it might be selected to appear on the large screens adjacent to Knoy Hall's lobby entrances and in other public areas.
