Three Polytechnic students awarded scholarships on aviation organization’s 30th anniversary

Joshua Jackson, Tanner Bowman, and Jialong Sun, students of the School of Aviation and Transportation Technology (SATT), have been awarded the prestigious scholarship given by the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading. This remarkable achievement highlights their dedication and positive influence in the field of aviation. Founded in 1983, the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) is the premier international, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing aviation professionals with forums for increased networking and educational opportunities. The ISTAT scholarship program supports academically qualified students in need of financial assistance, fostering the development of future aviation professionals. This year, the ISTAT Foundation celebrates 30 years of impactful contributions to the commercial aviation industry, having invested $13.7 million and supported over 1,000 aviation students globally.
