Team 11.1 - Polyjet Photo Polymer Aging Study

This project is sponsored by:

This project examines the effects of UV radiation exposure on the UV curable photo polymers used by the Stratasys PolyJet family of 3D printers. The changes to mechanical, color, and dimensional properties of PolyJet 3D printed parts were studied to better understand the long term stability of the parts being manufactured by Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Project Details

Problem Statement

Los Alamos National Laboratory needs an accelerated aging study done on UV curable photopolymer to test geometry, mechanical properties, and color fading over time with exposure to UV light.
