Salk Institute CMOS Imaging System

This project is sponsored by:

A few years ago, Salk Institute for Biological Studies developed a small imaging system using a CMOS sensor to capture images on the cellular level. Since then, CMOS image sensors have improved a considerable amount. For the past year our team has been working with Salk Institute to develop an upgraded CMOS imaging system to replace their current model, assisting the research institute continue its research on cellular activity within the central nervous system.
