Favorite thing about Purdue – I love going to the engineering fountain doing a 360, and thinking, the next Steve Jobs could be right here.

What was something unique about one of your summer internships?

I participated in the Xtern program in Indianapolis, IN where I was placed with Saleforce as a business operations analyst. One of the neat things about the Xtern program is you are placed for your internship, but there is other programming involved included after hours networking events and housing.  For instance, through Xtern’s partnership with Tech Point we were able to meet with several top level leadership of some of Indianapolis’ tech start-ups.

What is one thing you have enjoyed about your major?

We get the idea of the actual “learned” knowledge, but our program adds a layer that teaches us “how to learn.”

What is factors helped you choose a major?

I was looking for a computing degree, blended with a focus on end-users/customers/clients.
