Dan Christopher is a 2008 Building Construction Management alumnus. He grew up in the Greater Lafayette area, graduating from McCutcheon High School. Immediately upon graduation from Purdue, Dan relocated to the West Coast, spending six years in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving on to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014. He just recently moved back to Indiana, relocating to Fishers with his wife and four children.
Dan has spent his entire career working in the electrical field, working his way up from an intern with Gaylor Electric, to a project engineer with Helix Electric, then back to Gaylor as a project manager and finally on to a senior project manager and project executive with Helix Electric in California. Dan has remained active in the industry outside of work, including time spent as a board member of San Francisco’s Building Industry Conference Board, board member and secretary for Associated Builder’s & Contractor’s NorCal Chapter, and currently serves as chair of Purdue’s Construction Advisory Council.
