Paul Granadillo is a supply chain and manufacturing leader with over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently leading the commercial manufacturing readiness program for
a novel cancer therapy at Moderna, a biotechnology company. This program is responsible for designing and building a state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility, developing equipment and process evolution plans, and establishing business processes for supplying an individualized therapy that is in Phase 3 clinical trials.
Paul has a track record of transforming and building supply chain systems, processes, and organizations from clinical to commercial stages at various manufacturing sites and global levels. He has worked for Eli Lilly and Company and Novartis, two leading pharmaceutical companies, in the US, Turkey, and Switzerland. He has implemented MRPII Class A Supply Chains, Lean Methodology, and Organizational Change Management. He has also successfully navigated the COVID-19 pandemic challenges and scaled up Moderna’s production and logistics capabilities to meet the demand.
Paul holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Purdue University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate, and a General Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School. He is also a member of the Dean’s Council for the Purdue Polytechnic Institute. Paul enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking in the mountains. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two young daughters.
