Participating in the DoIT camp was the main reason that sold me on attending Purdue. In DoIT, I met current students + faculty/staff that showed a true interest in me being there. I was introduced to majors within the college that I had not heard of before and was able to get hands on experience of what kind of projects students in those majors work on.

Product Development Specialist for Facebook

Three months after graduating from Purdue, I started working remote at Facebook. I support the Facebook Pay team and other teams involving Payment transactions (eg. sending money through Messenger known as our Peer-to-Peer Payments team). My role is focused on improving product quality of our products by analysis of internal signal (ie. employee submitted feedback.) When I’m not working, you can find me (safely) traveling, watching good tv/ movies, and trying new restaurants.
