I am a 1981 Purdue graduate of the school of Professional Pilot Technology. After graduation, I gained my flight experience flight instructing and flying single pilot Part 135 charter in single and multi-engine aircraft at Lafayette Aviation and Kokomo Aviation. I was later hired at Comair Airlines based in Cincinnati, Ohio starting out in the Embraer 110 and ending in the Saab 340. In the fall of 1985 I started my twenty six year corporate aviation career at Hillenbrand Industries located in Batesville, Indiana. During my career at Hillenbrand I flew the Gulfstream 1, Lear 35, Citation 3 and Falcon 50 through out the continental US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Western Europe and South America. My career with Hillenbrand ended in the fall of 2011 as the Chief Pilot when the company elected to close the flight department.
I have been a Continuing Lecturer at Purdue as a Phenom 100 instructor in the aircraft and simulator since July 2014.
