Consultant NexGenEering Technology, LLC, West Lafayette, IN. 2006 – 2014 Currently conducting research and development in new materials, mostly in the aerospace industry; also responsible for managing the resources, project management, promote communications and administrative direction among the investigating team, and marketing for this startup company. One of these technologies, using NexGenEering own patent, and working with universities and aerospace companies directed towards a new method of bonding polymer matrix to metals, to provide a better solution especially for high temperature applications in the Aerospace and Nuclear industries.
Project Manager/Laboratory Manager ALCOA CSI, Crawfordsville, IN. 1997- 2007 Directed externally founded projects by teaming with outside, domestic, and international resources, by acquiring new intellectual property and being responsible for all aspects of costs share on those projects. Responsible for training, including reassessing training needs, training assessment and evaluation, and on the job training efficiency. Upgraded the North American laboratories to ISO standards resulting in, the first laboratory in the industry, to be certified by Coca-Cola. Upgraded and standardized all R&D and in-plant laboratories. As a member of the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) developed standardized test methods in North America. Liaison between the ISBT and the European counterpart.

My interested is to combine my very strong knowledge and background in Mechanical Engineering and Technology with the desire to stay current with the latest in research and development.
