Thank you for your interest in our students!  Students from all majors campus-wide will be on-hand to talk about the career opportunities available at your company.

SCHEDULE

Purdue Polytechnic Institute Career Fair (2/4/15) 

8:00 - 9:30 am - Check-in/Set-up (South Ballroom, Purdue Memorial Union)
Check in at the entrance to the South Ballroom in the Purdue Memorial Union directly across from the Grant Street Parking Garage.

9:30 - 11:00 am - Boiler Brunch (East Faculty Lounge)
A brunch, along with the opportunity to network with the leadership of the Purdue Polytechnic.

11:00 am to 3:00 pm – Career Fair

3:00 - 4:00 pm – tear down

Company Information Session (2/3/2015) - hosted by the Dean's Undergraduate Advisory Council

6:00 - 8:30 PM - Open up dialog between you and our students to make your time at the Career Fair more productive. 
This is a great opportunity for recruiters to give a quick PP presentation to our students on company culture, "why you should consider us" and brief overview of open positions.

INTERVIEW SPACE

Companies may interview students during the career fair at their company booth or they may request one of the private rooms we have reserved for interviews at no additional cost. Be sure to note your interest during registration as there are a limited number of rooms.

ELECTRICITY NEEDS

Electrical access will be limited. If your booth requires electricity please be certain to request it during registration. Booth assignments will be noted by electrical requirements. Company representatives are responsible for providing extension cords as well as any power strips (25 to 50 ft extension cord is recommended).

All display materials must be delivered to the address below:

A Display Destination Tag must be attached to ALL of your packages.  This is imperative in having your exhibit delivered on time and to the proper location.
Please mark all packages clearly with your company name.

You are responsible for providing your own shipping/return labels with your account numbers.  Please only use UPS or FedEx.

All packages will be located at your booth upon arrival. If your packages do not arrive at MMDC by January 28, 2015, we cannot guarantee they will be available on the day of the fair.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

If you fly into the Indianapolis International airport, you may wish to shuttle to West Lafayette on the Lafayette Limo service. Shuttles depart from the airport every two hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Fare information.

PARKING

Parking for registered career fair guests will be in the Grant Street Parking Garage across from the Purdue Memorial Union. Parking passes will be provided at check-in. Due to the parking limitations in the garage, only one (1) parking pass per company registration will be automatically issued at check-in. However, if additional parking is needed, please request it during your registration. We will do our best to accommodate your parking needs.

INTERNET CONNECTION

Purdue University is now an AT&T hotspot, so no access code is needed.

HOSPITALITY AREA

The hospitality area will be located outside the south entrance of the Purdue Memorial Union Ballrooms. Water, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks will be available throughout the fair.
