- Energy-Efficient and Green Buildings: Innovate in building design and construction to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, focusing on Construction 5.0 technologies and green certification.
- Sustainability and Decarbonization: Research sustainable practices to lower environmental impacts, promote resilience, and explore renewable energy, electrification, and retrofitting.
- Asset Management: Develop strategies to manage facility assets throughout their lifecycle, optimizing performance and reducing costs.
- Facility Engineering: Enhance facility operations, optimize layouts, integrate advanced technologies, and ensure efficiency in building maintenance.
