We are developing a highly interactive learning tool to improve the mathematical abilities of deaf children. The program uses three dimensional animated signers to teach students and parents sign language for K-4 mathematical concepts through a variety of interactive activities.
To achieve high visual quality and realism of motion we are using cutting-edge 3D Interactive Animation technology. The platform for the project is based on Maya 2009 (Autodesk), Microsoft XNA and the .net framework.
