The Purdue Technology Alumni Speaker series is a forum created for Purdue Technology Alumni to hear presentations, panel discussions and conversations for other alumni or current Purdue Polytechnic faculty. The topics for these forums are meant to be of broad interest to the entire Purdue Technology alumni base and will include topics that cover the spectrum from technology overviews (ex. Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence) to career-focused topics (ex. Entrepreneurship, Change Management).

Christie is a graduate of the Purdue’s Organizational Leadership & Supervision program within the School of Technology.  Knowing she had a passion in training, she began her career as an Organizational Change and Learning practitioner, with the largest international global co-op for floral focusing on proprietary software working with entrepreneurs and small business owners.  With time and experience, she moved into consulting and continued to build on her initial skillset.  Today, she works in a Big 4 consulting firm, partnering with client leadership and stakeholders to develop a unique solutions for managing change and learning that aligns with their corporate culture and minimizes operational risk. Through workshops and conversations she focuses on key messages for the initiative, roadmaps on how best to engage employees on their learner journey to achieve successful and sustainable business outcomes that will be owned by everyone.
