OLS major named Homecoming king

Jacob Ellis, 2015 Homecoming King

Alyssa Begle and Jacob Ellis were crowned Homecoming queen and king during the Homecoming celebration Saturday (Nov. 7) on the main stage in Stadium Mall. They appeared at Homecoming festivities Saturday (Nov. 7), including the football game's halftime celebration.

Ellis is a senior studying organizational leadership in the Purdue Polytechnic Institute from Wabash, Indiana.

They were chosen by online student voting and formal interviews by a judging panel composed of faculty, staff, students, alumni and community leaders.

Two other Polytechnic students were part of the Homecoming court: Katrina Molina of Cave Junction, Oregon, industrial technology major; and Dustin Weisner of Columbus, Indiana, aeronautical engineering technology major.
