Join us in the Dudley Hall lobby for studying, snacks, stress-relief, and free food! This study break will be available for all Polytechnic students, and we encourage you to visit each "stop" during the Study Break Depot:

• Study tips
• Thank-you cards
• Self-care activities
• Mental health support from CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services)
• MyStrengths student talent assessment from LEAD
• Finals preparation with the Academic Success Center

Snacks will be served:
