My name is Chih-Yuan (Ben) Chou. I am a PhD in Technology from Department of Technology, Leadership, and Innovation (TLI) at Purdue University, working with Dr. Linda Naimi.
I am an experienced graduate instructor and a passionate researcher in the field of information systems and management. My research interests include but not limited to IT adoption & diffusion, social influence, technological leadership, human behaviors in IT, and e-commerce issues. Several papers have been presented in top IS-related conferences. By teaching classes to undergraduates in TLI, I enjoy engaging students in lively discussions of current and timely matters. My love of teaching and learning is reinforced by a philosophy of putting students first.
Prior to joining the TLI program, I got two MS degrees, one in Economics from Krannert School of Management at Purdue and one in Management Information Systems from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. I received my bachelor degree in Information Management from National Central University also in Taiwan with strong background in business and technology.
