Nomination Process

  1. Alumni Award Nominations made public (August 17 - September 7)
  2. Collection of nominations - deadline: September 7
  3. Public nominations sent to department for review
  4. Department alumni award committee meets to discuss potential candidates and select nominee(s) to move forward.
  5. Alumni award committee meets and reviews nominations and makes recommendation to dean on nominees to move forward
  6. Dean approves
  7. Letter to approved nominees - October 26

*Please note - nominees not approved will be kept on file to use for other department awards made throughout the academic year and/or the 2017 alumni awards ceremony.

Nomination Deadline

Nominations for the 2016 Early Career and Outstanding Technology Alumni Award must be submitted no later than September 7, 2015.
