Fall has truly arrived at Purdue: cooler temperatures and final census numbers are here! I am pleased to report that, for the fourth consecutive year, the Purdue Polytechnic Institute has achieved an all-time high enrollment. We currently have more than 5,000 students at our West Lafayette location — a first in our college. The data also tells us that our growth outpaces the University in new beginner, undergraduate and graduate student enrollment.
This impressive milestone is due to your hard work over the past seven years and is a direct reflection of our successful pivot to more online instruction during the global pandemic. To each and every one of you, I say: Thank you, and well done!
