The Purdue Center for Technology Development was officially launched Wednesday, January 11 with the signing of the charter by the founding members. The Center is housed as well as supported at the Purdue Polytechnic Institute and is a collaborative effort among the faculty from several college departments as well as faculty from the College of Engineering.

The Center’s main focus is to engage in applied research with industry in a partnership that addresses technology development. The core faculty have a range of expertise and can assist with a variety of research projects, from design to analysis, and from testing to reverse engineering. The scope of the center’s work will depend on the needs of its members.
