Purdue University's Board of Trustees approved faculty promotions during their April 10 meeting. The promotions are effective with the 2015-16 academic year.
The College of Technology professors whose promotions were approved are:
- Bedrich Benes, professor of computer graphics technology
- Bradley L. Benhart, clinical associate professor of building construction management
- Hazar N. Dib, associate professor of building construction management/computer graphics technology
- Chad Laux, associate professor of technology leadership and innovation
- Alejandra J. Magana de Leon, associate professor of computer and information technology
- Nathan Mentzer, associate professor of technology leadership and innovation
- John H. Mott, clinical associate professor of aviation technology
- Mihaela Vorvoreanu, associate professor of computer graphics technology/technology leadership and innovation
