Graduate-level class project focuses on closed golf course

Graduate students enrolled in OLS 58200 (Leadership And Organizational Change) are helping collect community feedback about the future use of a closed golf course in Lafayette.

The class (in the Department of Technology Leadership and Innovation) "explores issues in leadership and organizational change, [including] change theories, utilizing resistance to change, contemporary approaches to change, the future workplace, and researching best practices in organizational change." It it is taught by Jenny Daugherty, associate professor of technology leadership and innovation.
