Quality Management in Information Technology

This course explores quality and productivity models used to ensure quality in information technology systems development processes. Special emphasis is on learning and understanding process metrics and measurement, as well as initiatives such as Total Quality Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Six Sigma, and the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model.
