Scholarships

The Purdue Polytechnic Institute and its departments award more than $200,000 in scholarships every year. The scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and/or need. To be considered, beginning and continuing students must submit a scholarship application each year of their attendance.

Students in the Department of Technology Leadership & Innovation may be eligible for additional funding (see below for a list of relevant scholarships and deadlines for applying). Links to apply are listed at the bottom of this page when applications are being accepted.

Process to Apply for Scholarships

New students who will begin in the fall semester and current students who will return in fall should visit the Division of Financial Aid website to learn how to apply for various types of financial aid, including scholarships.

For new Polytechnic Institute students who will begin in the fall, to be considered for scholarships specifically awarded by the Polytechnic Institute, you will need to have a complete admissions application submitted to the university by December 15 and likewise you must complete and file a FAFSA and complete the Purdue Supplemental Scholarship Application by February 15.

For current Polytechnic Institute students who will return in the fall, to be considered for scholarships specifically awarded by the Polytechnic Institute, you will need to complete and file a FAFSA and complete the Purdue Supplemental Scholarship Application between January 1 - March 1.
