About

Welcome to the Virtual Reality (VR) Lab of the Department of Computer Graphics Technology at Purdue University, Polytechnic Institute. The VR Lab was established by Dr. Christos Mousas to pursue research in virtual reality, virtual humans, computer graphics & animation, intelligent systems, and human-computer interaction. It is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging, computing, and data acquisition devices. We conduct various interdisciplinary research projects with researchers in many fields. This site provides information about the group and its activities, content related to its research results, demos, source code, and supplemental material from publications and other research activities.

CGT's Virtual Reality Lab welcomes BS, MS, and Ph.D. students from diverse backgrounds to conduct research on exciting projects on the intersection of virtual reality, virtual humans, human-computer interaction, intelligent systems, and computer graphics.

• VR Lab members will attend the IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (IEEE ISMAR) 2024 in Seattle to present their work. In total, we have four papers this year!!!
