40 Columbus students earn academic honors
Each semester, Purdue Polytechnic Columbus recognizes students for academic achievement by naming them to the Dean's List or awarding Semester Honors.
Students on the Dean's List meet the following criteria: have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA (at least 12 hours included in the cumulative GPA) and 3.0 semester GPA (at least six hours included).
Students can obtain Semester Honors if they have at least a 3.5 semester GPA (at least six hours included) and at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Perhaps the most visible part of the college’s transformation was approved at the May meeting of the Purdue University Board of Trustees. The board approved our proposal to rename the College of Technology to the Purdue Polytechnic Institute.
