College continues to make international connections
It has been a week of international partnerships and goodwill in the Purdue Polytechnic.
High school students experience Mars mission in New Albany
High school students were able to coordinate their own Mars Rover expeditions during the annual Day in College event at Purdue Polytechnic New Albany.
"Purdue: Mission to Mars" was offered to students in southeast Indiana and neighboring Kentucky counties to introduce them to the subjects and learning environment offered at Purdue Polytechnic New Albany.
Purdue helps form global aviation education network
The School of Aviation and Transportation Technology at Purdue University is one of 11 partners from around the world that have agreed to form a new global network for aviation education.

OLS major named Homecoming king
Alyssa Begle and Jacob Ellis were crowned Homecoming queen and king during the Homecoming celebration Saturday (Nov. 7) on the main stage in Stadium Mall. They appeared at Homecoming festivities Saturday (Nov. 7), including the football game's halftime celebration.
Big Ten Network highlights technology in aviation
The Big Ten Network has produced a one-minute video on the Purdue Polytechnic Institute’s Hangar of the Future for its 2015-16 Live Big Series.
It highlights the way students and faculty are adding technology to hangar operations. The video includes interviews with graduate student Amadou Anne and Tim Ropp, clinical associate professor of aviation technology.
Biometrics and border control
Student researchers in the International Center for Biometric Research (ICBR) of Purdue University have built a replica U.S.-Visit Federal Inspection Station (FIS) to conduct biometric research.
