Brandon Sorge is an Associate Professor of STEM Education Research, K12 STEM Education Engagement and Access Fellow, and Assistant Vice Provost for Indianapolis Faculty Affairs. Brandon's research interests revolve around building a STEM literate, and community engaged workforce through the use of Place-based Experiential Learning. Addtionally, he has a specific interest in increasing the diversity of the STEM Workforce.
Brandon enjoys conducting mixed methods research and is frequently the lead quantitative researcher in that process. Before coming to higher education, Brandon was the Managing Director of the Indiana STEM Resource Network, a K12 district administrator, and a high school mathematics teacher.
His courses include interpersonal skills for leaders, instructional design, and quantitative analysis and analytics.
