Dr. Bosman has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. She spent the first part of her career working as a manufacturing engineer for world-class companies including Harley-Davidson, John Deere, and Oshkosh Defense. Her research interests focus on integrating the entrepreneurial mindset into learning experiences through:

• Educator Professional Development
• Real-World Applied Learning
