The manufacturing engineer position develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods, and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products; tests tools and equipment and/or plans the manufacturing processes in a designated area of the manufacturing plant.

What are your job duties?
I will work in the Weapons System Engineering Division as a mechanical design resource for the group. I will work on a team with weapons engineers and designers to ensure that released product design definition meets both performance and standards requirements.

Participate in social learning within the organization, perform or assist in the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results, and rotate through areas to provide the greatest exposure to rapid development principles and forward-thinking innovation tactics.
